FYI -

 * Please plan on reaching the venue by 9AM (check-in closes at 9:30 AM)

 * Please commit to staying for the entire tournament or at least until your games are done. Forfeiting games for anything other than

    - an emergency

    - due to a commitment that was conveyed to organizers in advance, 

can lead to a temporary ban from participating in the next 3 tournaments.

* Participants coming late to any game will be considered to have lost that game with 0-25, 3 boards.

CANCELLATION POLICY -

 * The entry fee is non-refundable.

 * You will be issued a tournament credit towards your next tournament ONLY IF you inform the organizers by 11th May, 2024.

FORMAT -
* Up to 32 players, singles games played on up to 16 boards

* Up to 5 SRR rounds of 1 game each. 

* All games will be played to 25 points/8 boards/45 minutes (whichever happens earlier).

* Top 8 players after SRR will move on to Champions Knockouts (KO), the next 8 will move to Challengers Knockouts, the next 8  to Enthusiast Knockouts, and the last 8 to Amateurs Knockouts.

* KO will consist of Quarter Finals, Semi Finals & Finals. 

* All SRR & KO rounds shall be of 1 game each.

* Open to players of all skill levels.
