FORMAT -
* Up to 32 pairs (64 participants) played on up to 16 boards
* 5 rounds of Swiss Round Robin (SRR), all players play simultaneously
* Top 8 pairs after SRR move on to KnockOuts (KO): Quarter Finals -> Semi Finals -> Finals
* All matches (SRR & KO) will be played for a single game to 25 points / 8 boards / 45 minutes (whichever happens earlier)

PAIRING CONSTRAINTS -
* The combined rating of the pair should not exceed 2800 (ratings as of 1st Nov 2019)
* All BACA ratings are published at - https://bayareacarromassociation.org/ratings
* New players get a tentative BACA rating of 1100
